Natural, healthy human feet have toes that spread apart and don’t touch each other - we call them “Wild Toes”.
The alignment of our toes greatly influences our foot function, balance and efficiency of movement.
This alignment can be disrupted by modern footwear which leaves our toes cramped, stiff and deformed.
Toe spacers are the ideal accessory to use with our free online Foot Training to help reclaim natural toe alignment.
✔ Pair of toe spacers (one for each foot)
✔ A Latex Toe resistance band
✔ Lifetime access to TFC Foot Training System
Our toe spacers are suitable for all adult foot sizes and are made of 100% silicone so won’t irritate anyone with a latex allergy.
Foot training can help:
✔ Realign the toes
✔ Stretch intrinsic foot muscles
✔ Improve balance
✔ Relieve foot pain and tension
✔ Improve posture and alignment
✔ Increase foot mobility

Can’t recommend them enough. For all walks of life, pun intended.
As a semi-pro/professional footballer ⚽️ these have made a massive difference in my recovery.
I have different problems on my feet. The right is larger and dominate. The middle toes look are permanently bent, small toes rotated inwards. The big toe has lost lateral movement. By using this toe expander for some 2 weeks every morning until the pain needs releasing by taking them off, I have some lateral movement on my big toes controlled by my brain and my other toes are not so naturally pushed together.
On my other foot I have a bunion on my small toe and have no lateral movement on my big toe.
Putting the toe expander on as per the right foot, the pain of the bunion is diminishing and more easily bearable. I am finding I am able to get a little lateral movement on my toe.
So far I am very pleased with progress, especially with the balls of my feet feeling more alive.
Thank you for your feedback, Samuel - and for sharing such a detailed update on what you’re noticing already.
It’s awesome to hear you’re getting lateral movement back in the big toe and that your toes are starting to sit less compressed. You’re doing the right thing listening to your threshold - aim for a strong stretch but not sharp pain/numbness, and it’s totally fine to build time gradually as your tissues adapt.
Keep us posted on how you go over the next few weeks. Appreciate you being part of TFC!
Wild Toes started my new routine for better foot health. I love The Foot Collective and look forward to having better behaved feet from their YouTube videos and various training methods. Thank you!
These are things I never knew I needed. Trust me - I did! I’m having trouble splaying my toes - and balance is an issue. If I’d had these years ago maybe things would be better. Still grateful to find them at 65.
Thanks so much for sharing this, Sandra! We love hearing that the Wild Toes are supporting your toe splay and balance, and it means a lot to know you’ve found them valuable. If you ever want help choosing where to start or how to progress, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to support you.
This tool works. I have been using this toe separator for about a year and my toes have gaps between them now. My advice is to begin with using the Wild Toes for 10-15 mins a day and gradually increase the time. I higher recommend this tool.
Thanks so much for your review, Susan. We really appreciate you sharing your experience.
It’s amazing to hear that after a year of consistent use you’re noticing more space between your toes, and thank you for the helpful tip about starting with 10–15 minutes a day and building up gradually. That’s a great approach.
We’re so grateful to have you in the TFC community.
