Nope. Most of the exercises, routines and classes can be been completed without specific exercise equipment to make this accessible to all.
However, our Explorers do find some simple tools can make the journey easier and more enjoyable.

No mobility ball? Try a tennis ball. A balled up pair of socks can double as a hacky sack. And a strip of tape or rolled up towel on the ground is a great place to start if you don't have a SoleMate or balance beam.
