from 2493 reviewsI’m still a newbie to the TFC soul mate but am blown away by the results! My feat are literally craving the movement and mobility exercises this tool box provides. Highly recommend!!
It is all about our base , the soles of our feet , healing of the sole and soul !
I admit, I initially thought these were very overpriced. I now own 2 pairs and use them at least 4-5 times daily. Absolutely worth every penny 🤷♂️ just do it!!
I am a retired “old school hands on”physical therapist. Prior to physical therapy my life was a ballet/modern dancer. I have been training in Pilates with another retired dancer for 18 years.
The foot collective products develop balance and correct alignment through movement.
Thank you Jim for your genius!
As a lifelong health educator, I am always looking for proven ways to help my people and myself. Having strong, flexible, stable feet changes everything from the ground up. So grateful for these tools and videos to build a better base starting now.
Love the quality and instructional videos. My feet thank you!
My husband and I have loved using our sole mate to strengthen our feet and improve our balance.
It’s fun to do and makes you feel like a kid again when you can walk with toes spread out and have better balance. We have switched to barefoot shoes as well.
Consistently using this in the morning to warm up my feet and stretch. No more pain at the end of the day or after a run!
I walk quite a bit for work and I love to play basketball. I recently developed foot pain which may be plantar fasciitis because of the location of pain. I started strengthening my foot with Solemate and I’m noticing the pain is starting to reduce. My ankles feel more stable, my balance has improved, and my feet haven’t been feeling as sore.
Looking forward to the course and living with healthy feet!
I use the kit daily along with the foot collective youtube videos. Using the kit along with the exercises has lessened my foot pain, discomfort and continually improving my toe splay.
I started wearing my “wild toes” inserts when barefoot and I love the way they feel. They naturally spread my toes in a healthy way and after watching some videos I now know how to strengthen my toes and improve my balance. I can already see improvement in my “slightly falling” arch. Granted, my toes are not wildly out of alignment - but this helps to keep them from crossing, developing bunions etc. I was surprised at how soft and comfortable they are, while also being effective.
I have the whole system and it’s transformative. After just going through the first few exercises I knew there was a big change happening. I had been limping from metatarsal pain and within days the pain was gone. No more limping.
I've been dealing with chronic foot and ankle pain for about 5 years. Some basic exercises with the toe spreaders, wedges for balancing, stretching out my toes, and committing to daily foot exercises has made a huge difference in pain levels and foot/ankle function. My goal is to transition from my stiff motion control shoes that I've worn for over a decase to something more flexible and foot shaped. Not sure if that will be a barefoot shoe or something in the middle, but I'm taking it nice and slow. This has been a big help in that transition. I've set myself a reasonable 1-2 year transition timeframe. Thanks for this product.
I'm enjoying using the cork ball on my feet at night and its starting to help
