from 2191 reviewsRight now, I am about to finish week 3 of the program. There is a audio lesson for each week followed by 5 days of training videos that are no more than 10 minutes long. I like how Jim gives a tutorial of how to do the exercises before actually doing the exercises. His directions are thorough and easy to follow. These exercises are short, concise and manageable to achieve. I also appreciate all the modifications suggested.
The Foot Collective was recommended to me by my primary care doctor. I'd received the Solemate kit and other tools (toys) but hadn't gotten started when the Restoration Project came in my email.
I'm really enjoying being led through restoring mobiility to my feet in manageable bits 5 days/week.
The information is pertinent, well presented and easy to follow.
I recommend this to anyone - whether you have problems with your feet or not - because what I'm learning will serve me for the rest of my life.
Well ok not at first. The foot restoration program has been eye opening on ways I can restore connection, mindful movement and agility to my feet.
I’m entering week 3 and I’m already incorporating my foundation warm up with students in yoga class!
Using the cork balance and bands has been a fantastic experience. Humbling in what agility I thought I had, but exciting in being able to explore new movements.
When you’ve been in orthotics for 40 years and you finally have a podiatrist ask you why, this is the program I chose to build up my foot strength for the next 40 years. Loving every day.
As a brief backstory, I am a recreational runner and I made the switch to barefoot shoes in 2021. My story is a familiar one: too much load, too fast, without proper training and without a strong foundation to build from. Not surprisingly, I developed plantar fascia pain early on in my right foot, which also forced changes in my running pattern, affecting more muscle groups in my right leg. I thought I could just “run through it” or rest for a couple weeks and the problem would go away. It did not. It got so bad, the pain eventually forced me to quit my marathon training just 4 weeks from my race. Additionally, I had been dealing with right great toe pain and limited extension from an injury I had sustained while performing home vehicle maintenance over a year ago. Needless to say, I needed help. I found The Foot Collective and knew I had found what I needed. I loved the simple, slow approach to recovery, and I loved that they were promoting a movement toward natural foot function rather than a “get well quickly” message that is all too common in the healthcare world. After just a couple of weeks of consistent and daily practice, my big toe pain was significantly reduced and my calves were beginning to loosen and return to a place where I could start to strengthen and introduce more load safely. Needless to say, when I saw that The Foot Restoration Program was available for pre-purchase in February, I signed up immediately and waited for 2 long weeks until it went live. Even though I knew it would not be released until March 1, it did not stop me from checking the app almost every day just to see if there was something new on there. From the start, I have loved how the program starts slowly, with each exercise and daily routine building up toward the next phase and establishing a foundation to refer back to and build off of for weeks, months, and years to come. The podcasts offer insight as to the “why” of the program and helps prime my readiness for the week ahead. It has been easy to use, easy to follow, and I look forward to the exercises every day. I am so excited to see where this program takes me and my feet, and while I cannot yet run a marathon, I am confident that this program will provide the tools, training, and knowledge to help me cross the finish line with the most healthy feet I have ever had. Thank you, TFC, for all you do and have done for people who are hurting and looking for help.
I participated in trek to boot camp. Rushed thru it because of this new program becoming available and boot camp ending.
I do like the new format better. I appreciate the focus on walking and the first week information seems more thorough. It's hard to slow down and start over and focusing on the fundamentals again. I do think the new fundamentals are being taught more in depth. This is only the finish of week one. Looking forward to week 2. Thanks everyone at FTC. God's blessings to you all!

This is a great product for both tactile toe grip as well as playing hacky sack. My 9 year old son and I have had some really fun hacky sack games. Thank you
I’ve been using this product for a week, using the YouTube channel to learn how to stretch the foot, gain toe mobility, and fun playful balancing techniques that are challenging my estimation of my balance abilities! I’m currently signed up to get the app and work through the 12 week program. I’m 53 years old, with a surgical Morton Neuroma removal on my right foot and Plantar / Heel pain on my left. I can not lose the full use of my feet, I’m very active. Running/ Biking/ Yoga/ Weight Lifting. As well as I’m a Grandma to a 2 year old. I’m not slowing down! Based on what I am seeing and reading, this IS the add to my routine I need.
The tools encapsulated in the sole mate are exceptional. From balance work to calf raises I have used them everyday since they arrived. Thank you🕉
All of your foot strengthening tools are great for Dancers (I’m a Premier Highland Dancer).
I teach, and developed pantar fasciitis over a year ago. I tried several orthotic shoes and inserts. They helped for a little while, but never treated the issue. I was limping so badly, and could hardly walk by the end of the day. I've been using the solemate and barefoot shoes for a month now. The pain's not gone, but it has improved drastically. I can get through the day without limping. The exercises are fun, and easy to commit to. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey.

I’ve had so much fun using my SoulMate the last few weeks! Doing the exercises and transitioning into wide toe box, neutral footwear has already started to make a difference in my neuromuscular recruitment. I have a better connection with the ground in running and with pedals while biking. Here’s to staying healthy from the bottom up.
I got interested in barefoot movement several years ago after realizing that years of "supportive" shoes and specially made orthotics for flat feet hadn't done anything to help. I recently found TFC and love my wild toes and cork ball. They felt like the perfect next step to "Wake up" my feet beyond just being barefoot.
