I've been dealing with chronic foot and ankle pain for about 5 years. Some basic exercises with the toe spreaders, wedges for balancing, stretching out my toes, and committing to daily foot exercises has made a huge difference in pain levels and foot/ankle function. My goal is to transition from my stiff motion control shoes that I've worn for over a decase to something more flexible and foot shaped. Not sure if that will be a barefoot shoe or something in the middle, but I'm taking it nice and slow. This has been a big help in that transition. I've set myself a reasonable 1-2 year transition timeframe. Thanks for this product.

I just started to incorporate the solemate in my practice. It is a wonderful tool for beginners as well as my athletes for foot health.

The 2 halves of the SoleMate let me have one to demonstrate with while my client is one the other half. Love the accompanying videos, very creative drills!

I found I could wear the wild toes longer than they suggested most likely due to wearing Five Fingers shoes and massage spacer socks at night. I found them very comfortable. I was doing some stretches on the Solemate/cork ball and hadn't realized how sore my feet were. I'm starting on The Foot Collective journey and am excited to find where it takes me.

Purchasing both the Pro Kit and the Foot Restoration Program for my plantar fasciitis problem was the best decision I've made. My feet are finally improving and I'm excited to complete my journey to restoring my foot health.
This product was been a game-changer with with fixing my Achilles (which was killing me) and developing my toes and calf strength and lets's not forget about my balance coordination.
In late 2024, I had surgery that removed part of my right calf. Many of the muscles that control your foot run up through your calf. While I was going to PT regularly, I wanted to do more to improve my foot flexibility and mobility so I could return to more of my normal activities. The Foot Restoration Program did all of that.
The 12-week program helped improve strength, gain flexibility, and improve overall foot function. I had not purchased an online program like this before, but I was very please with the content and explanations. The process was clear and the workbook gave good information to help with the journey. While I completed the formal program, I am still doing many of the activities daily to continue to improve my feet!
I came to the program to improve my balance and stayed for much better foot function. My calves, thighs, and rear are getting stronger too with the “foot” exercises. I also changed the kind of shoes that I wear by choosing a recommended brand on the Foot Collective Website. Since I have much more room for my feet with bunions, my toes have more space. I am happier with walking and working out and I am more agile on my feet.
I am very glad I worked through the Foot Restoration Program. I had previously had plantar fasciitis but gotten past it. I was starting to have some foot pain again when I started the program. Now that I have completed the program, I no longer have any foot pain. My ankle dorsiflexion has improved. Climbing and descending stairs is noticeably easier as well.
