Margaret River Workshop Feb 2026

I have been following TFC for a few years and jumped at the opportunity to attend this workshop so close to home.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, lots of knowledge shared along with laughs - making the exercises fun.
Really knowledgable instructors that were only too happy to answer questions and offer suggestions and support for foot health.
Can't thank TFC enough!
Will do again if they visit the SW of West Australia again...

Great Introduction!!

I came across TFC in 2023 but I was reluctant to start on my own at home for fear of hurting myself (I was coming out of chronic fatigue that started in 2008) It was great to do this in person, to meet some of the team (a big thank you to Georgina and Andy), to ask questions and get immediate feedback. The venue was lovely, Bprimal in Northcote is a terrific resource too. I encouraged my husband to come along with me for support. He ended up getting a lot out of it and saw the value in TFC's mission. I wish the class went longer! I'm so glad I decided to go because I now have the confidence to do the exercises at home. I look forward to doing the Foot Restoration program at home and tapping into the online community.

Foot fitness with fun

I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop which was informative, fun and somewhat sobering when I discovered how poor my balance was. However great to be under no illusion and we were given tools and ways to improve balance and foot function which is crucial for people like me in their 80's to avoid falls and breaking bones.

Perth Workshop

I have been following The Foot Collective for a while and implementing some of their exercises and advised for feet health as I have a lot of issues with my feet. Participating in the workshop was very rewarding and fun, time just flew, great team but also it was a good experience, I will be implementing all their advice to continue improve my feet health.

That is wonderful to hear, thanks Claudia! Please reach out with any questions along your journey.

TFC Workshop

Yesterday in Bristol, I attended my first TFC workshop held by Nic. Having various issues with my feet and tight ankles, I found it very informative, interspersed with a few exercises on the sole mate (I have one at home - never really used it!). I shall certainly try to transition to more barefoot footwear in the future and do my foot exercises as Nic showed us. Here's to healthier feet!!! Thanks Nic.
