The sole mate has been a great tool! It's small and easy to travel with if I want to use it outdoors or while working at my standing desk. The exercise program is well thought out and easy to follow and adjustable for wherever you're starting out (though I would be cautious to check with a doctor or PT if you have serious foot issues).

So, I have SLE Lupus. I have now had 4 large-toe surgeries. Fusion now in both🙌 I’m able to walk farther than a block… now doing 8-10 mile hikes and I’m adding in this foot device to help with foot stretching and flexing. Ooof, some of the stretches are ‘in my future’, I will get there🙌!!! This comes with literal instructions as to where to place your foot and your heel. There is a baby roller to roll out your toes and instep. No joke… if you DO it… it fucking hurts, but it’s tapping into your foot and muscles and little tendons. They also have a little strap-thing that helps to stretch your toes.. get it… our toes shouldn’t be smooshed together, they should be separated and breathable . My 5 cents, for what it’s worth!

I have a lot of rehab to do, but I actually look forward to my exercises! Thank you! (I did previously buy toe spacers online from another company and they were stiff and uncomfortable. I recently attended a TFC Workshop in Paxton with Katie. I have had pain in the back of my knees for some time and was hoping they could give me strengthening exercises. The very next day I was able to stand without any pain. I immediately ordered the Foot Restoration Program and have been following it everyday since. After 10 days, I'm still out of pain. I have numerous issues with my feet and ankles (bunion, hammertoe, limited mobility from multiple ankle sprains, etc). I became aware of Foot Collective last year when my PT used the Solemate. It was fun and I loved the idea so I got one but eventually stopped using it. When I started having more pain this year, I picked it up again but didn't really know what to do. Then, I found this workshop! It was great to learn some of the WHY behind letting your toes splay and the importance of walking barefoot (even for a short time). Since the workshop, I've been doing a little bit every day and my feet already feel a lot better. I look forward to slowly swapping out my shoes and trying to do more. Definitely worth while!
I just started using my wild toes. They are so comfortable. Hopefully with consistency and doing the toe exercises provided in the video, my slight hammer toe will be corrected! Excited to find this product!
I can wear them and walk around. I actually for awhile forgot about them. So far so good I like them.
