Let customers speak for us
from 2232 reviewsI am just a few weeks into the Foot Restoration Program, and the results have exceeded my expectations. After suffering with plantar fasciitis for a year and a half and trying everything from PT to cortisone injections with varying degrees of success, this program is making meaningful progress. I am optimistic that I have FINALLY found the answer to my foot problems.
A fan, follower, and purchaser of various Foot Collective products. Making a difference....
I'm using the SoleMate as part of a foot strengthening and aligning program--with the ultimate goal of being able to run again. I like that it is cork and not some plasticky-rubbery material. It is well made and an important tool for me as I regain my natural gait and balance.
As a retired nurse educator, I recognized my feet influenced my over all health so I read applicable articles and watched YouTube videos. Taking this course has accelerated my foot health improvement dramatically. The educators are articulate and knowledgeable professionals- Jim even performs exercises with us online instead of just telling us about them. Plus he stresses to pace ourselves while encouraging us to keep moving forward to our goal. This program will benefit people of all ages and levels of fitness. Participants are even taught how to use what we have at home for tools with options to purchase useful items from TFC.
I look forward to each training and the educational resources provided. I’m sharing what I learn with my family and friends. Grateful I found this high quality program that really cares about my foot health and my mobility/balance.
I am 5 weeks into the Foot Restoration Program. I appreciate how it builds in increments instead of being super intense from the start. My feet and ankles are gaining strength and endurance. AND my posture is improving as well! I am so pleased with everything. Thank you!
I'm 4 weeks in and the program is giving me good ideas on how to improve my foot function and motivation to get out and walk and try things to improve balance.
After healing from a pretty bad ankle sprain this fall I wanted figure out how prevent repeating the injury. I stumbled upon an interview with Jim on a favorite podcast, and it was like a light came on. I was even more excited when they announced the Foot Restoration Program and have been diligently following along for the past 4 weeks. Not only are my feet and ankles stronger and more flexible, but I am also able to better help my knees. Everyday I look forward to putting on my minimalist shoes & go for walks because it feels so good. My ankle is much stronger than before the sprain & I can’t want to see what the next 8 weeks bring!
After suffering from plantar fasciitis for three years and trying everything—physical therapy, injections, expensive insoles—nothing seemed to work. Then I discovered the TFC Solemate, and for the first time, I felt hopeful that I was on the right path. The Solemate comes with access to foot and balance exercises led by Jim Dooner, which were incredibly helpful. But I wanted more! That’s when I joined the Foot Restoration Program, a comprehensive, step-by-step approach to regaining foot health, balance, and mobility. I’m currently in week five of the 12-week journey, and while I still experience some pain, my feet feel more mobile and free than they have in years. I’m excited to continue this process and see even more progress. If you’re struggling with foot pain, I highly recommend The Foot Collective!
Great program! I am using it to proactively to keep my feet in excellent shape. I play pickleball at a competitive level, walk the dog and workout with weights in the gym. I hope to continue these activities for the next 30+ years. I switched to mostly barefoot shoes and constantly work on strengthening. I am hopeful this will be a game changer for me. I see too many elderly people with foot issues. So sad that they did not have this information when they were younger :(

The training videos give wonderful detailed instructions along with the follow alongs. I love the way the program teaches an exercise and then continues to build each week. I am appreciating the slow pace as my feet were very much lacking mobility. I also like the presentation of options for a greater challenge if you are ready. The pace of the course has been wonderful so far. I am looking forward to the continuing weeks.
This program is excellent. Each week has a lesson where you learn about your feet and their function and then practice exercises to do. There are 5 days of exercises, so you have built in rest days that you can take whatever day you need it. Depending on your current foot function some of the exercises may be a bit challenging, but Jim provides suggestions for all levels (and if you do them each day they will get easier - and this means your foot function is improving!) I was already working with a physical therapist I found on their website and this program has added to my foot strengthening program! (She also recommended this program!) I highly recommend this program for everyone.
Having had plantar fasciitis and numb toes for 2 years and many treatments later, I am starting my 4 th week of this program. The instructions are clear and I have confidence in the expertise of 2 physical therapists (physios) and podiatrist that have created this program. Time will tell how much relief I will get but I am sticking with it to see. Highly recommend.
I bought the SoleMate hoping it would help me with a minor nagging injury after a long race. I was impressed with the improvement I felt following along with the free content so I joined the Foot Restoration Program to see how much progress I could make over 12 weeks.
I recommend this program for anyone who has foot pain and for anyone interested in improved their mobility and health.
Right now, I am about to finish week 3 of the program. There is a audio lesson for each week followed by 5 days of training videos that are no more than 10 minutes long. I like how Jim gives a tutorial of how to do the exercises before actually doing the exercises. His directions are thorough and easy to follow. These exercises are short, concise and manageable to achieve. I also appreciate all the modifications suggested.
