The SoleMate Training Program is your guided path to stronger feet and better balance, designed to be done with your SoleMate.

Our training uses a martial-arts-inspired belt system to help you track your progress across three levels: Green (Beginner), Blue (Intermediate) and Black (Advanced). Earn each belt by completing its Belt Grading Flow, a sequence of skills that shows you're ready to move up.

At every level you'll explore three elements of TFC Training: Train, Flow and Connect, through follow-along video tutorials with Jim Dooner, our head physiotherapist.

Most of the program can also be done on a couple of rolled-up towels if you don't have your SoleMate yet.

TFC Balance Screen
Start with our Balance Screen to get your TFC Balance Score out of 100%. Your score tells you which belt level to begin with.

Belt Progression: Green to Black
Three levels, each with its own program and Belt Grading Flow. Earn your way up at your own pace.

Train, Flow and Connect Sessions
Train to prepare your feet and build balance, mobility and coordination. Flow to rehearse your belt stances and tasks. Connect through partner games that turn practice into play.

4-Week Cycles
Train days 1 to 4, Flow day 5, Connect days 6 and 7. Test your Belt Grading Flow at the end of each cycle to move up.

Printable Training Manual
Your progress journal with program pages, reflection prompts and QR codes to every session.

Lifetime Access

Hold 4 balance stances for 60 seconds each. Get a score out of 100%. Your score tells you exactly which belt to start with.

It's the first step inside the program and the thing you'll come back to as you retest and track progress.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes. This program is included free with every SoleMate and every SoleMate Kit. If you're buying either of those, you don't need to buy this separately. Access is in your order confirmation email.

For everyone not buying a SoleMate from us. If you already own a different balance tool, train without one, or want to add the training after the fact, you can buy the program on its own here.

If you've got the choice, the SoleMate Kit is the better deal: you get the right tool plus the training, all in one.

The program is designed to be done with your SoleMate, which is the ideal tool. You can also complete most of the program on a couple of rolled-up towels, which is a great option if you don't have your SoleMate yet or if you want to reduce the intensity of pressure on your feet.

Each belt's program runs on a 4-week cycle: Train days 1 to 4, Flow day 5, Connect days 6 and 7. You repeat the cycle until you feel ready to test your Belt Grading Flow and move to the next level. Progress at your own pace.
