I’ve been having foot issues for about two years now. I’ve tried other things to help but haven’t found much relief. At almost halfway through the program I am already feeling improvement when walking. I like the pace of the program and the educational aspect too. I really like doing the exercises. I think the condition of my feet is so bad that I am glad to have a feet specialist in my home area who I can regularly visit; e.g. to ask her if I do the exercises correctly and if I have a rather big reaction after an exercise, what does this mean? I have been having inlays and stable stiff shoes for about 20 years. I can do the exercises on gymnastics cushioning and they really seem to help me, but I come from far, so I will see where I will end. I like doing the exercises because we are doing them sort of "together" in film fragments.
Enjoying the exercises and my feet are starting to feel different and I'm having less pain. Still have quite a few weeks to go but I think it will be worth it.

The program is well structured and the exercises are explained clearly and are easy to follow with alternatives for different ability levels. I’m halfway through now and can see some improvement already. I’m not an expert but have read a lot about foot health and if you stick with the program, you will improve.
