Amazing!!

I have degenerative osteoarthritis in my feet and toes. My toes are moving inwards to each other. I needed to separate them and these really help my toes plus the band for the big toes. The kit came with 2 types of balls to massage the bottom of the feet. Feels so good! I’m really happy!!

Our products and training are all aimed at improving foot mobility, strength and control as well as whole-body coordination and balance.

This training combined with a transition towards ‘natural’ footwear (and spending more time barefoot) is the best way to restore natural foot function.

Many people find their movement capacity improves with consistent practice. For guidance specific to a diagnosed condition, we recommend consulting a health professional.

General Care Instructions

  • To maintain the durability of your Wild Toes, we always ask that you handle them with care for the benefit of your feet and the product.
  • Avoid wearing them in narrow shoes that compress them. Only wear them with wide toe box footwear that gives your toes enough room to splay that that won't rub on the wild toes when walking.
  • Only wear them indoors or in a clean and hazard free environment
  • Don’t wear them in wet environments like the shower or pool
  • Limit use to shorter periods while your feet adjust — they’re most effective in moderation over time. Aim for 10-15 minutes per day when active.
  • Do not overstretch the toe separators beyond their natural flexibility
  • Remove them if you feel any discomfort or unusual pressure
  • Clean with mild soap and cool-warm water after use
  • Allow to dry completely before storing
  • Keep away from direct sunlight
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
