I’ve had so much fun using my SoulMate the last few weeks! Doing the exercises and transitioning into wide toe box, neutral footwear has already started to make a difference in my neuromuscular recruitment. I have a better connection with the ground in running and with pedals while biking. Here’s to staying healthy from the bottom up.
I got interested in barefoot movement several years ago after realizing that years of "supportive" shoes and specially made orthotics for flat feet hadn't done anything to help. I recently found TFC and love my wild toes and cork ball. They felt like the perfect next step to "Wake up" my feet beyond just being barefoot.
My 18 year old twins and I are having fun playing...I found out my toes are way better at gripping :)
I love my TFC SoleMate! It is so versatile and provides a simple way to stretch and mobilize my feet! I also love the challenging and effective balance exercises I can do with my SoleMate! I’m just getting started, but I am looking forward to learning more and diving into more of the free training videos and resources!!💕
Our family has enjoyed using all the tools. Apparently my feet are in the "best" shape in our family of four. Our 18-year-old twins were surprised they couldn't do some things...so we're all using it.
My husband and I love these tools for continuing our barefoot journey! I have Hallux Limitus and so am working on my foot strength and balance and I love using the SoleMate for balance exercises but also they work well as massage rollers for my feet and even hips and calves. We love how versatile the tools are and are having fun playing with them!
Wild Toes are not only soft and comfortable to wear, but I also the green transparent color is aesthetically pleasing. I had tried another brand a year ago and they were hard and uncomfortable so I had given up on toe separators. But I recently got a heel spur which led me to looking at toe separators again. So it’s nice to have found a pair that feel good. I can even walk with them on around the house, and wear for a couple hours.
I've known that after 20 years of wearing heels, I needed to do something to attempt to reverse my bunions and get my feet back to a more natural state. Last year, I went all in on minimalist shoes and this year, I discovered The Foot Collective and the SoleMate. I can't believe how good it feels to intentionally work on my feet every day. My second career as a massage therapist gives me a great opportunity to start sharing and educating my clients about the importance of foot health and encouraging them to get on board the SoleMate train!
These are incredibly comfortable and do a great job of stretching out my toes to their natural position. One word of caution, if you wear them around the house, and you're not careful, there's the potential to stub your pinkie toe in an incredibly painful way (given the toe spread out from the rest of the toes). This could just be me, but I did it twice and it was not fun. Also, my daughter calls them monster toes.
This is an excellent product and the available trainings are abundant.
I love my Solemate kit. It is so much fun that you don’t feel like it’s a workout for your feet & balance improvement. Another great benefit is you can do this anywhere because it’s so portable.
I have severe bunions and have been trying to avoid surgery. So far, by strengthening my feet, I’ve reduced—almost eliminated—my pain! I’m super happy for these tools and the video guidance!

I received my solemate and wild toes a few weeks ago. I've enjoyed them both a lot so far! I had a neurectomy in my foot 2 years ago to treat morton's neuroma. I wish I had explored more options like this before my surgery.
'm slowing increasing my foot strength by using the solemate. The informational videos are really useful! I can use the Youtube app on my TV to make it easier to follow the videos. The only downside is that my wife thinks I look funny when doing the exercises lol hopefully I can convert her to a user too
