from 2368 reviewsIn late 2024, I had surgery that removed part of my right calf. Many of the muscles that control your foot run up through your calf. While I was going to PT regularly, I wanted to do more to improve my foot flexibility and mobility so I could return to more of my normal activities. The Foot Restoration Program did all of that.
The 12-week program helped improve strength, gain flexibility, and improve overall foot function. I had not purchased an online program like this before, but I was very please with the content and explanations. The process was clear and the workbook gave good information to help with the journey. While I completed the formal program, I am still doing many of the activities daily to continue to improve my feet!
I came to the program to improve my balance and stayed for much better foot function. My calves, thighs, and rear are getting stronger too with the “foot” exercises. I also changed the kind of shoes that I wear by choosing a recommended brand on the Foot Collective Website. Since I have much more room for my feet with bunions, my toes have more space. I am happier with walking and working out and I am more agile on my feet.
I am very glad I worked through the Foot Restoration Program. I had previously had plantar fasciitis but gotten past it. I was starting to have some foot pain again when I started the program. Now that I have completed the program, I no longer have any foot pain. My ankle dorsiflexion has improved. Climbing and descending stairs is noticeably easier as well.

I actually got this product to reduce my chronic hip pain. Training my toes and feet have been beneficial to reduce my pain amd increase my quality of life
I have always enjoyed the TFC courses but they have been resonating more and more recently as I've continued farther along on my own clinical journey with patient care. I know a lot of nitty gritty stuff and sometimes that doesn't help me in the clinic as much as one might think.
The Guide Certification course is structured in a way that will help me present real, actionable, FUN, ways to help my patients. Ways to help my patients that won't require them to do so much mental gymnastics during their "home exercise programs." Instead, they can grab this easy tool (which happens to be a great visual cue reminder to do the "work") and get to playing. And through that play, they'll get so many benefits.
Also, the Guide Cert course has launched me on my own path for self improvement in a way that feels fun and engaging and challenging and humbling in all the right ways. No way to become a certified guide unless you put in the time and walk the walk!

I have been a SoleMate devotee for over one year. I have been singing the praises of the tools and program to my wife all along. I have switched to natural shoes. In fact, on the rare occasions I put on a pair of “ordinary” shoes they feel awkward and weird. My wife is really enjoying her journey too. She confers that in addition to a range of improvements in everyday mobility, the SoleMate exercises seem to really wake up your mind-body connection. In your movement nutrition metaphor, it’s like caffeine without the jitters.

After suffering through a winter with plantar fasciitis I incorporated Solemate into my foot exercise program and it has made a huge difference in my foot and ankle strength. There are so many great training videos to mix it up and keep things fresh and fun. Very happy with my purchase!
My bunion is slowly improving. Wild toes, improved shoes and exercises are slowly reducing pain so I can walk more normally
I love this thing. It is a nice stretch for my feet before and after my daily walks. Really gets into the deep areas.
I am a very active person- fr years I would hobble around after big athletic events. My feet did not stop me from participating but, I was paying consequences for not having strong feet.
I am diligent everyday about the fundamentals and foot training! I am reaping the benefits of this training so quickly!

I started the program while recovering from a sprained ankle that was not healing and was impacting my life, especially in taking care of my horse. After finishing the first half of the program I can now walk 4 miles daily and I can even swing up bareback onto my horse. As my chronological age increases so does my ability to move. The lessons are easy to follow, and most importantly, they are fun to do.
