Every item I’ve purchased has been exceptional— wild toes, the SoleMate, and foot exploration kit. Great quality with great educational training videos that have gotten my feet and ankles stronger. I have a lot of rehab to do, but I actually look forward to my exercises! Thank you! (I did previously buy toe spacers online from another company and they were stiff and uncomfortable. Wild Toes are so comfortable to wear. I wear them whenever I am home).

Great tools; I use them twice a day to stretch out some tendonitis in my feet. I'm feeling better by the day, and I'm looking forward to utilizing the large instructions library!
Experienced biohacker here, and this is absolutely a game changer. It will align your whole body starting from the feet up. Don't live in pain anymore and drastically improve your quality of life!
I recently attended a TFC Workshop in Paxton with Katie. I have had pain in the back of my knees for some time and was hoping they could give me strengthening exercises. The very next day I was able to stand without any pain. I immediately ordered the Foot Restoration Program and have been following it everyday since. After 10 days, I'm still out of pain. I have numerous issues with my feet and ankles (bunion, hammertoe, limited mobility from multiple ankle sprains, etc). I became aware of Foot Collective last year when my PT used the Solemate. It was fun and I loved the idea so I got one but eventually stopped using it. When I started having more pain this year, I picked it up again but didn't really know what to do. Then, I found this workshop! It was great to learn some of the WHY behind letting your toes splay and the importance of walking barefoot (even for a short time). Since the workshop, I've been doing a little bit every day and my feet already feel a lot better. I look forward to slowly swapping out my shoes and trying to do more. Definitely worth while!
I just started using my wild toes. They are so comfortable. Hopefully with consistency and doing the toe exercises provided in the video, my slight hammer toe will be corrected! Excited to find this product!
I am pleased with the Sole Mate Kit and since starting my foot health routine was ready to progress from a tennis ball. Cork is such a terrific material. It offers stability and variances in pressure based on progression. It is sustainable and maintainable.
I've been using my Solemate for about 3 weeks, and am starting to incremental improvements after suffering for months with chronic plantar fasciitis. What makes the difference is the combination of a good quality product in the SM itself, plus easy to follow and comprehensive content guiding me through how to use it.
